I was having a terrible issues on my trip from Amarillo to Rio Rancho to visit family...I had to be towed on my way into town from Clines Corners to Rio Rancho....had to get a new $300 tire....then on Monday morning 7/6/21, I was ready to leave early in the morning....car wouldn't start..AAA sent J&E Towing to start my car...he also told me it was a good idea to get a new battery in my key fob....at Walgreens...who practically threw me out of the store for asking...but a nice lady told me to go to West Mesa Lock and Safe...they did her a good job...and sure that I would like them as well.... the owner, sorry I don't remember his name, super nice, took care of my key fob...and with a new battery for an extremely reasonable price I was out the door and down the road for home...thank you thank you thank you.....
Communication was a bit strained after ordering a bit of a rare item, but it did work out. They had to sync a keyfob for a 2019 Express, which GM is always trying to make more difficult with every year. They got it to work and for less than half what Reliable Chevy would charge.
They treated my wife with courtesy and that goes a long way with me. Overall, I think they won me over as a new customer.
This was a great experience, went in for some older Bronco II keys to be cut and actually improved upon. Very pleased with the shop and knowledgeable staff. Thank you!!
These guys are great! Customer service is above and beyond. Key fitment was a little off, call them, they were over to my house in 15 minutes. Highly recommend over chain businesses.
