  What a great BBQ sandwich. Lovely atmosphere and tangy smokey BBQ with amazing potato salad. If you haven't had BBQ lately this little place is worth a trip. It has it all! Great people, great views and great food!!

  Worth ever penny, what a treat! Brisket is a delicious mix of tangy, mildly spicy, and smokey notes. Buns just the right density for a sandwich. Mac and cheese tasted homemade and was super creamy. Pit beans are on point and honestly made a great dessert.
  
  Eating area has lots of tables and some shade trees. Clean af, no trash anywhere but the trash bin. Lots of parking.
  
  You have no excuse to not eat here lol, give them a shot.

  Best damn food ever. Their sides are fresh made from scratch!! The daily specials are fantastic!! I can't wait to try everything on the menu!! This is the Thursday special. Pork tenderloin sandwich. I asked for a piece of cheese...had no idea how enormous the tenderloin was. BUT it was sooooo good!!!! Took the leftovers home and had another amazing sandwich!!?

  Loaded fries with both brisket AND pulled pork, beer cheese sauce and BBQ sauce. Seriously, you get all the best flavors from this truck in a single box of cholesterol heaven! EASILY shared this with a loved one and had no room to eat the other food we ordered! 😅
  Nice guys, fun place and amazing smoked meat. We're locals, so we can go there again, but if you're driving through, skip the fast food chains in Edgewood and don't miss this side-of-the-road gem.

  While staying at The Old Route 66 RV park we took a short hike up the hill and found The Red Arrow Bbq Truck. My burger and fries were delicious and the Brisket Mac & cheese was Amazing! Don't forget to get an ice cream cone for dessert! There is plenty of outdoor table seating, the food was piping hot and the service was fast. Definitely a Must-Stop on our way to Albuquerque!
