Called for a small part for my washer. Mr. Ortiz came in sick to help. Thanks man! Wife is not yelling about the wash anymore. That's huge!

my washer was fixed on the spot and i was bringing it back home within an hour, and at a very reasonable repair rate. i will continue to use Ortiz appliance for my appliance repairs and purchases. Gil was so incredible. I called him and he answered right away and made me an appointment for the next day. He showed up with a smile on his face and was so kind to me and my daughter. He walked me through every step of what he was doing and showed me the parts he was using to fix my dryer. I am so thankful I chose him. Wonderful man.

I had a crazy idea to build a cold plunge for my house. To do this required a large chest freezer. I looked all over. None of the big box stores had them in stock. I would have had to wait months just to be able to get one.

I contacted Gil when I saw he had a couple available. He not only gave me a fair price and helped me load it but he also met me within about 30 minutes of my call!

This is the type of service I have come to expect from Gil and his great business. I have called him before to work on our washer and dryer at different times and I have always been impressed.
