Honestly there is a teenager I know that has been living there for about a year and this person is doing well and so much better in every aspect of life. I have been watching and visiting, getting to know the staff. In the beginning I thought they were just going to be baby sitters and I saw with my own eyes that they work hard and really go the extra mile genuinely caring about all the young people there. I'm relieved and so grateful that sometimes I cry tears of joy to see this person happy and confident growing positively stronger and stronger. All I can say is Thank you and I would say to anyone out there to give them a chance to help.

Staff there are nice. They can be busy but try there best to help out. There are sometimes issues on the other units and they can't help you out until the situation is better. They try there best to make an okay environment for the kids that live there. Some of the staff do get overwhelmed from either the kids or on how people call out and the supervisor asks if they can do a double shift. They also try to help the kids find copping skills so when the staff are busy the kids can use there copping skills but it doesn't always work. They have a great team when all of the team is there. They expect certain things to help the kids out.
