I highly recommend Epic Building Solutions. They were quick to respond to inquiries, scheduled a consult immediately, and thoroughly explained their process and recommendations. Ultimately, they insulated my basement rim joist, attic, and sunroom. The job was quickly scheduled ahead of cold temps, which was greatly appreciated. Wow! I can definitely feel a difference. This older home no longer feels drafty, and stays warm longer. Looking forward to a cozy winter thanks to Epic.

John and crew foam insulated portions of our older home's cellar. Their work exceeded my expectations. They demonstrated initiative identifying areas that needed attention. There were no issues with fumes or odor that I had anticipated. I viewed the cost as an investment. I spend money on fuel and in the spring , my money is gone and so is the fuel. The foaming created a more efficient environment that will last. The crew was professional and polite. I liked hearing John compliment and encourage his workers, ie. "good job". I would have no reservations recommending their work.

I would HIGHLY recommend Epic Building Solutions. We had a major flood to our basement. One call to Epic and they showed up the same day to mitigate the water damage and perform the cleanup. The team that was onsite was courteous and efficient. They showed up onetime each day and were respectful of all aspects of their work. They kept messes to a minimum throughout the rest of the house. They followed the direction from the assessor and were excellent workers in all aspects. The clean up was done on schedule and confirmed that we were satisfied with the results. When completed, their equipment was promptly removed and a proper invoice was presented for payment. I do not usually provide such a high recommendation, but in this case it is entirely justified

I started with Epic with a mold remediation in my attic. I was impressed with their work and had them back to re-model my kitchen, living room, bedroom and bath. john had great ideas and delivered all projects on time and on budget.
