Just had furnace serviced. Doug 3 arrived on time, Doug impressed me with is skills and thoroughness. I am now getting more heat from the baseboard radiators. Doug patiently answered my many questions. It was a good choice to call Family Danz.

So glad to have connected with Family Danz for our new boiler. Family Danz went above and beyond to get a great system at a great price installed and up and running before the cold weather. Even though there were some significant challenges associated with this particular installation Family Danz went the extra mile for us and I would highly recommend them to anyone
In need of these services. I am so thankful for all they did .

Very happy with having Family Danz install our new A/C unit. Chris (installer/ tech) was professional, respectful, and hard working. We're glad he was assigned to our install. We look forward to another 20yrs. with our new Bryant product. 👍👍

Guys were awesome! In and out in under two days. cleaned up very well. Kept me posted on what they were doing and when they would arrive. Explained how to work the equipment! We hesitated for so long on the work because you really don't know who to trust with the work or who to hire. These guys and this company were awesome. Thank you much.

Had Family Danz Heating and Cooling rip out the old systems from 1986. Installed a new Bryant high efficiency furnace and A/C unit along with new thermostat, whole house humidifier, UV light and filter. Salesperson Cliff was great to deal with and explained all options very well.
I had 4 companies come in and give us quotes on this project. By far Family Danz Heating and Cooling and specifically Cliff Koenitzer was the most professional and I highly recommend them. I was familiar with the process and equipment. All 3 other companies tried to upsell or suggest things not needed.

Install crew of Mel, Kevin and Logan were all top notch and very professional. They worked great as a team and all knew exactly what they were doing. They even went beyond what was expected and wired in my generator switch.

Was quite a large investment and I am extremely pleased with the choices made and working with Family Danz.
