You don’t have to live with pelvic floor problems! I developed weakness in my pelvic floor after my pregnancy, and felt embarrassed about the issues I was having. Fortunately, I made an appointment at the Pelvic Health Center at Samaritan Hospital. My physical therapist, Kaylee, was and is exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. She educated me on how common these problems are, and how I could take manageable steps to improve my strength. Kaylee tailored my course of treatment to me as an individual, and I am positive that it was this personalized care that lead to my improvements.
