Ed helped us out when no other shop would, getting our Honda Odyssey back up and running quickly while on a road trip. Ed is very friendly, quick to call you back, and seems to genuinely want to help people, a rare thing in this world! He even offered me a ride to pick my car up. I'd bring my car back to Ed again, thank you!

I bought a used 2011 Chevy Cruz that needed extensive work. Ed was extremely honest about the necessary work required. He is a mastermind, fixed everything quickly, and saved me A TON of money compared to competitor quotes. I won't take my car anywhere else.

During one of the coldest weeks of this winter, the heat in one of our service vans completely stopped working. We contacted EDK, brought the van over, they evaluated the problem and ordered the parts needed. They were also kind enough to squeeze us in to fix the problem the Next day when the parts arrived!! (We had initially contacted the Ford dealership where we recently purchased the "warrantied" van and they couldn't give us an appointment for 3+ weeks!?!) Thank you for the Excellent customer service and Honest/ Quick repair, Ed and Eddie. You are our mechanics from now on and we would highly recommend you to anyone!!

Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone!! Always Honest, Fairly priced, and Reliable. Unlike other mechanics who always try to oversell repairs and tend to keep our car(s) longer than anticipated. We’ve never experienced this at EDK. Our repairs have always been completed as discussed/expected and in the time frame quoted. All of our family cars are serviced here. We wouldn’t go anywhere else! My daughter lives and attends college in Albany, several hours away from us. When her car needed service a friend of hers recommended EDK. This was the best recommendation ever! EDK provides excellent and comprehensive auto care at a fair price. They not only care for the car, they care for the owner too! Ed cared for my daughter like one of his own, gave her a lift when she needed it, making sure she was safe. Recently the transmission failed on her car. His recommendation was to take it to the local dealer even though the warranty had expired as he thought the manufacturer still may cover some or all of the cost of replacement. He was right! Saved me a bundle! Did they charge for their diagnosis? No, they want to do the right thing for the customer and their car. I wish I lived closer to EDK, they would get all of my families business!
