The manager- Alexandra, is absolutely the best! Very knowledgeable, patient, and most importantly kind! The properties that are managed by the company are top tier! By the way the office staff-Jessica always pleasant. In preparation for my move, I called several times. She was always will to help! I recommend this property management to everyone!

Rented from them for 8 years in a beautiful property. They were always very responsive to any maintenance issues, not intrusive, and returned my full security deposit despite assumed wear and tear from being there so long. Hearing about other peoples negative experiences with other landlords made me realize I should take the time to leave a review for an actual good company to help other people out.

My husband and I rented from Fairbank’s in the arcade building for 5 years and had a great experience. The staff and management team were always very accommodating and responsive to maintenance requests. The building shared spaces were routinely cleaned and the apartment was is great condition when we moved in from the previous tenants. I would highly recommend to any young professionals that want to live downtown!

I lived in Maiden House and I absolutely loved it. Extremely professional team that made renting a breeze. Alexandra and Sabrina are amazing! I've never had any major issues. The issues I did have, were always addressed immediately and impeccably. The only thing I did not like about living where I did, was how far the garbage was from the apartment. It's kind of awkward to carry your rubbish so far. However, throwing the trash out before work in the morning or in the evenings after 6PM makes it easy to deal with. If I could have stayed longer, I would have but it made more sense for me to move at the end of my lease since I'm purchasing a house.
