  This is another 5-star review praising John. He was successful in having my speeding ticket reduced to a non-moving violation. I couldn’t appear in court because of business travel, but he managed the entire process for me so it was painless. I highly recommend him.

  I do not write so many reviews, but I believe John deserves a review for his service. During March, on Spring break, I was traveling to Lake Placid with my wife. Unfortunately, I was pulled over by a police officer who gave me Three traffic tickets. Returning home, I contacted some lawyers, but I finally choose John Lindsey with a reference from another lawyer. John asked me to send the scanned copy of my tickets, and after analyzing those he told me he can dismiss two of my tickets and can reduce another one to a non-moving violation with no points.
  
  I got the final results from the court a few days ago and got exactly the same thing as John told me during our first phone conversation. Two of my tickets were dismissed and another one was reduced to a nonmoving violation with a minor fee and no points.
  
  During the whole process, I found John very kind. I communicated with John over emails other than the first phone conversation. He was highly responsive to my emails. Almost all of the time, he replied to my emails within 5-10 minutes, sometimes faster than that. This was the first time I got involved in any kind of legal process related to courts and others. So, I often asked John silly questions, but he always replied to me patiently and in a detailed way. And finally, I got the results exactly as John told me before starting the process.
  
  If you are looking for a traffic lawyer, I would definitely recommend John Lindsey from my personal experience.

  101 5-star reviews can't be wrong. Here's the 102nd. John is an outstanding attorney. He communicated very effectively throughout the process of negotiating a resolution for my ticket that alleged speeding. From his first reply, he was very thorough in explaining the process and the hoped-for outcome, and the process unfolded much as he said it would. I am very happy with the outcome, which was much as the other reviews here described. His fee was reasonable and customary. I recommend him unequivocally.

  John Lindsay responded immediately to my request and was very kind, patient and diligent in his research. I also appreciated how well he understood the system in this particular, very rural NY county. He was able to take care of the issue even quicker than anticipated and with results that were far better than what I had optimistically expected. I can't recommend him enough!
