(May 10, 2022, 9:04 am)The office personnel, groundskeepers, landscapers, and maintenance folks are all very nice, helpful, and responsive. The management does raise the rent consistently, but that's not the local staff's fault. The buildings are sturdy and well built (pre-war construction, so solid plaster walls and nice brick).
