Booked a shuttle to and from JFK. Could not have had a better experience. The executive van was clean and comfortable. On time, drivers very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely use again.
The hotel and venue's wedding coordinators recommended Premiere Transportation for our son's wedding. After a long conversation, Verna and members of the office staff wrote a precise, detailed transportation plan to meet our wedding schedule. We used an SUV Limo for the groomsmen and bridal party and two coach buses for the 75 guests. There were many trips made back and forth picking up different groups. At the after party, one coach became a shuttle driving guests from the bar to the hotel. Every driver was on time, accommodating, pleasant, and friendly. They helped carry items into the vehicles and ensured we were accommodated in every way. Special kudos to the office staff, Verna, and the three kind drivers who drove us on August 19, 2022 from noon until 2am. Every guest arrived safely to the wedding, after party, and hotel. Safety is Premiere to us and this Transportation company.
Drive is okay. The people just put their suitcases and sat wherever they wanted despite the driver saying not to do so. Better enforcement of rules is needed. Also a car phone (not a cellphone) kept ringing during the drive which was not picked up and noisy. Not much space per person. If you are tall or a large person this will be tough.
price is high for a 3 hour drive. I do not like that they do not pay their driver enough and put a sign in the bus saying "gratuity is not included" especially with such huge margins... $65/person for a drive to JFK and they have 10 people in the van. After I spend $130 for 2 people for a drive, last thing I want to hear is a request for even more money. They are making like ~$500 for each drive. Huge margins. I think they can afford to pay their driver enough and not need a sign asking for a tip or at least offer a cheaper ride. Someone should start their own business to compete on price with these guys and pay their drivers better.
I still give 4 stars because the car is clean, and they do seem to drive safely.
