Fast service
Very good prices on Motorcraft products, sometimes close to online prices when you include shipping. You get your part immediately. Maybe they can be a bit friendlier, but they seem very overworked there and deal mostly with shops who get parts from them. This is not Advance Auto or Autozone, with clueless staff pretending to be mechanics, aisles of fuzzy dice, hub caps, and cheap part lines , they only sell top quality and cater to pros and serious DIYers who know exactly what they want. They are the only local place that carries "Gatorback/Continental Elite" belts. I tell everyone I know about it.
