Best place to get pasture raised pork, chicken and lamb/mutton. The owner is a delight to interact with, as well as being a great source of information about the health benefits of pasture raised meat. She works hard at taking care of her farm and animals. The quality and flavor of the meat reflects that. You can't go wrong with anything, but the lamb/mutton is particularly exceptional - flavorful, juicy and delicious.

I bought day old Keets from Helder-Herdwyck at the end of April and I only had 1 not make it through the night (Keets are very delicate the first few weeks of life). They turned into hardy adult birds (they are kinda dumb but if you’ve had Guineas you should expect this lol).

I have been a customer of Erin’s farm for 3 years now. I recently bought a lamb from her best lamb ever had is all I can say. Her meats are delicious tasting. I can’t eat store bought bacon any more because can not compare to her bacon. All of her products are worth every penny. Plus her and her husband are super nice and very knowledgeable about their farm. They also take very good care of their animals.

Had the pleasure of visiting Helder Herdwyck Farm about a month ago during a trip to New York. Had the tastiest breakfast sausage in the world. I don't think I will ever eat store bought sausage links again. The care and work they put into their farm is second to none. Highly recommend this farm and the product they put out A+++
