David is very thorough.. He responds quickly to any questions, and he does a very professional job. He is very pleasant and easy to work with. I recommend him highly.

Absolutely recommended!! We couldn't be happier with the service provided by David. We were closing the purchase of a house and needed someone to do the inspection quickly. David made himself available to do the inspection just a couple of days after we reached out. He was very thorough and in less than 24h sent us a digital report that was very complete and impressively modern (not just a document but an actual interactive website with the results of every test). All tests were categorized, tagged and marked with a severity, detailed descriptions, pictures, and he even included remediation steps/suggestions for the things that required attention. Furthermore, he followed up as soon as he received the results of the water and radon tests, and was very professional and friendly throughout the process.

We had a great experience working with Dave. He works in a very methodical manner and would pause after each piece of his inspection to give us updates and explain all of his findings to us, breaking down complex issues so that we could understand! He was punctual, efficient, and extremely thorough. The best part of his process is his inspection report which has photos, explanations, easy rankings of issue severity marked blue to red (most serious) and how to go about righting each issue. We would absolutely recommend him and use his service again!

David did an amazing job. His thorough and insightful inspection helped us make the right decision. The level of detail in the report was amazing and the accompanying photos and recommendations that David made in each section was incredibly valuable. I would recommend David to everyone I know and will definitely use him in the future. I would also like to mention that there was a foot of snow on the ground and David just put his boots on and got to work without a complaint. I was sure he would cancel but he was there on time, spent most of the day with us, answered all of your question while onsite and still compiled an amazing report that we had in our hands 24 hours later! I wish every business I dealt with did this good a job!
