  Top marks across the board.
  Polite, professional, punctual.
  Great communication with the office, and John the tech called each time to give us a heads up before his arrival.
  My refrigerator went out Tuesday night. I called Wednesday morning. John, the tech, came over later that afternoon (and within the time frame I was given).
  He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and said he'd be back asap, but most likely Friday, and definitely before the weekend.
  He came Friday and installed the necessary part.
  Back in business!
  100% recommendation. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

  This is the second time we’ve used this company. Both times we received outstanding customer service. Amanda was friendly and courteous and got a tech out to our house the same day. John our tech was friendly, professional, neat and honest. He diagnosed the issues immediately. He told us for the fridge it wasn’t worth the cost of fixing. Who does that? Usually these places try and get every penny they can out of you. Not Appliance Technician Services. Super impressed. If we ever have an appliance issue in the future this will be the only place we will call!

  I have used this company twice in the past 5 years and they are amazing. I’m a teacher and they were flexible with scheduling to come to my house in the late afternoon so I didn’t have to take a day off from work. They came the day after I called; right on time, and repaired my dryer on the spot. He even took the time to clean out the inside of the dryer while he had it apart. He explained everything to me and is very knowledgeable. I love that he had all of the parts in stock and we didn’t have to wait to order parts. Definitely recommend and will use again!

  This company was amazing from the phone call to make the appointment less then 24 hours later to the finished service . The diagnosis and repair were fast and very reasonably priced. I felt like I had known Jon for years. Very friendly and personable and patient. Amanda was great also it was like we were friends forever. Will recommend this company to everyone.

  Highly recommend Appliance Technician Services! They were quick, professional and informative. Had a great experience from booking to servicing. John was able to fix my dryer and even took time to explain what was wrong, and show me how everything worked. Would use them again!
