After doing extensive research as hopeful adoptive parents we decided to go with Adoption Choices of New York. We were very skeptical of the entire adoption process and had many questions. Tracy was our contact person and she always took the time to answer our questions but more than that she always left us feeling hopeful and excited that this may actually happen for us. We reached out to her frequently asking for updates and she was so patient, helpful, kind and professional. We were officially a waiting family as of March 2020 and then of course the pandemic hit and we started to lose all hope. In just under a years wait we received a call from Tracy that all our dreams were about to come true and we were matched! Just like that!
