  Excellent from the first call to establish an appointment to today at hearing aid pick-up. Patrick was professional, patient and kind, and methodical about teaching my husband how to use the device. He clearly demonstrated that he knows how to assist people to find and use the right device!

  Dr Bergmann was wonderful, he explained everything as he went along with the testing. He explained the results and where I was not able to hear. The first pair of hearing aids I tried for two weeks. On my next appointment I explained my difficulty and he was able to have me try a second pair. The second pair were perfect. He asked me about my lifestyle and where I was having trouble hearing. I explained staff meetings we muffled the further away the speaker became. He programmed my hearing aids to fit my needs. I highly recommend Dr Bergmann and his staff.

  Capitol Region Hearing is a first-class professional practice with a full range of audiological services. I received a thorough examination, was presented with a range of solutions and went ahead to order my first hearing aid with Dr Bergman's help. Today I was fitted and thoroughly explained the ins and outs of my new device. I could not be happier.

  After my grandmother had gone to what I can only describe as snake oil salesmen, it was more than refreshing to walk into Capital Region Hearing! Dr. Patrick was always courteous, informative, and professional. Also, I appreciated that as I was a “fly on the wall” during my grandmother’s appointments, Dr. Patrick always made his expertise accessible and transparent. From explaining the various equipment he used, to guiding both of us through the exams, I knew my grandmother was in good hands. Lastly, I can’t forget the kind and warm office staff that made each appointment hassle-free and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a quality audiologist, look no further than Capital Region Hearing!

  I would like to recommend Dr. Vickie Harris to anyone that realizes they are not hearing the way they used to. I first went to Dr. Harris in December of 2014. She fitted me for hearing aids and everything was fine until about the last year or so. I realized I was asking people to repeat themselves. I was putting the volume up on my TV. I decided it was time to visit with Dr. Harris again.Just as before she was able to get the new and improved set of hearing aids.
  They are working just fine and I am very pleased with them. She takes her time explaining the new hearing aids and makes sure everything is working well before you leave the office.
  I would never hesitate to refer a family member or a friend to Dr. Harris.
