I've been a patient for quite some time now. The staff and doctors are wonderful. Dr. Rob is amazing, he's fun and doesn't make it feel like a doctor's appointment. He made me feel very comfortable. Any questions I had he answered them. I'm a scary person and I can honestly say. I'm never afraid when I see him. For what it's worth I highly recommend this pain management office 🫶

I found Albany/Saratoga Center for Pain Management during my search to find a neurology office that could continue to manage my autoimmune symptoms and care, they offer solutions for migraines including botox under insurance coverage which helps my overall pain and conditions tremendously..not only does this office accept new patients, I was able to get established without a referral from my primary care and was treated with SUCH a high level of respect, care and consideration from each member since my first call to date. I have some autoimmune conditions and have seen a host of doctors for various reasons and this establishment has been the best experience I've had to date of any category and reaffirms my trust in the medical field. Julie, who handles new patient establishment is an absolute treat to work with and after listing to my needs and unique medical situation was able to get me into a cancellation slot quickly and really understood the urgency of my care, something that is truly special and a rarity in the medical community. The doctors and practitioners in the Albany location are one of a kind, truly compassionate, understanding with high skill level and were able to deduce issues I was having for over a year no other doctors had answers or explanation for and refer me to another specialist for that as part of my comprehensive autoimmune care. 11/10 experience..I highly recommend to anyone in need of neurology/pain management care of any kind!

I have been a patient for over 20 years. The staff is excellent and pleasant. They listen to me and my needs. One call to the manager Luisa and my care is handled. Everyone is so nice. I started in the Albany office and now I am seen in Saratoga. Both locations are wonderful. Great care!!°

I’ve had the platelets infusions and the gel treatments into my hips. Both provided some relief. ASCPM, in my experience over many years with many other procedures, always pursues the latest treatments and upcoming procedures. The support medical staff and everyone involved deserve a lot of appreciation. Without them, the doctors wouldn’t be able to do what they do beautifully. 👍🤟
