The Original Hoffman Carpet Cleaning

Most of the appointments we’ve made with other businesses in past years have always show up late so we’ve sort of come to expect that but Hoffmans showed up right on time! John was very friendly and did a great job on our carpets. Customer service definitely seems to be a priority with them. We’ll start using Hoffmanns from now on.

the gentleman John was here promptly as stated. he got right to work we discussed the areas I needed the most attention. he knew exactly what type of product to use. and it did not take him very long to get the job done. well worth the money, not exorbitantly expensive at all. and once I'm ready for the other rooms in my home to be done I will be sure to call John to finish the jobs. very nice man polite courteous Timely. I'm extremely happy with the job he did my carpeting looks amazing. I highly recommend Hoffman cleaning for anyone who needs their carpets done. picture reflects parlor was cleaned, bottom of picture shows room not ready yet for cleaning, just to show difference.

The gentleman from "The Original Hoffman Carpet Cleaning" just left and I can not wait to tell about the fantastic service that was provided! Kyle arrived exactly on time to the minute! He explained the service in detail including price, which was very fair and reasonable. He worked hard at getting all the pet hair (from my 3 cats) off the couches and recliner, as well as spills and marks from an active family of 5. Kyle did an amazing job all around, polite, friendly, efficient, thorough, transparent in the work and price, and directions for drying etc. I can not say enough positive! If Kyle represents how ALL the Original Hoffman Carpet Cleaning service workers are, then Bravo to this great company. Kyle represents you with pride and efficiency. Well done!

We hired Hoffman's to clean three areas of the house as the previous owners had dogs. John arrived promptly and was pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. He explained each step of the process and was attentive to the fact that we have a cat - he made sure that she was secured before opening the doors for the vacuum hoses. Such a wonderful experience!! Our home smells so fresh and dog free!

They said cleaning would be between 9-11am. Cleaner arrived at 9am on the dot. Total cleaning time for 3 areas (living room, dining room, bed room) was about an hour. We moved everything we could before the cleaner arrived to help make the job a little easier for them (i.e., don't ask them to clean a carpet covered in furniture and then get mad they take a long time). Did an excellent job. I am very pleased.
