Will Hayes Wedding Cellist, Violin Lessons, Cello Lessons

I've worked with Will both at gigs and as a teaching colleague. He is a versatile player with a diverse range of experience, and he will always show professionalism. He is also very accommodating and flexibly worked with me to devise the best option for our collaboration. Though highly skilled as a musician, he knows how to break concepts down for students and teach in an intentional yet individualized progression. I recommend Will for string students of all ages and levels. He strikes a great balance between high standards and meeting the student's goal.

Will played alongside Michelle Stewart at our wedding and it was absolutely beautiful. During the lead up to the wedding, Will was very communicative and was willing to listen to all of our requests. He made this portion of wedding planning stress free.
During the ceremony, the sound of the strings while the bridesmaid and bride walked down the aisle was breathtaking. Our wedding was outdoors under a willow tree and the string music added perfectly to the vibe we were going for.
After, we had Will and Michelle play at our cocktail hour where they were able to stretch their fingers and play some modern songs like the Game of Thrones theme. Guests loved it and we received many compliments. Will himself is very upbeat and lovely to be around. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a cellist for your wedding or other event! Will Hayes orchestrated and played Cello for my wedding ceremony in October of 2022. Wow! What a fantastic performance! He and his violinist partner were extremely easy to work with, very communicative, and were able to learn and flawlessly execute all of the songs we requested for our ceremony. They made it all the more special! Great players, too! I highly recommend using Will Hayes for wedding music, or for any other occasion!

Will played for us (joined by Michelle) for our Annual Meeting & Reunion - a conference style event in Lake George. The music was an incredible add to our cocktail hour-type success fair. Will played upbeat current music of varying styles and I heard many many comments of folks enjoying and being pleasantly surprised by their range. Will is clearly talented, was wonderful to work with and has a really nice energy. I truly think this made the event markedly more enjoyable and memorable. Can't recommend him enough!

Will Hayes played the cello at our daughter's outside wedding ceremony. He did an excellent job. We misjudged the distance and amount of time it would take for my husband to walk our daughter out of the building and through the field to where the ceremony was to take place. Mr. Hayes was able to improvise beautifully and no one had any idea there as a bit of a glitch.
