My family and I have been going to this practice for over 20 years. Of course, most of which was when they were in Niskayuna. We have always had good experiences here. My only complaint is that they moved and are not as close as they used to be.

Never usually have any problems and the doctors PAs are all very nice, but today we had an issue and I think the office needs more protections in place and training for lgbtq patients especially when quietly told the birth name AND it's written down in front of you. I understood one girl was training, but then the older staff lady came and shouted out the deadname loudly and continued to misgender. I don't normally like conflict; but this isn't safe practice and we are in New York not Texas. Please do better.
Best family practice in town. Dr Eugene Haber is the best doctor I ever had. He’s very caring and CONCERNED about his patients. I’ve referred plenty of ppl to this practice and have heard no complaints. The staff are excellent too and the appointment schedulers/desk support staff have all been BEYOND good to me showing kindness, flexibility, and patience (I usually go in the evenings and really want those ladies to get their props for professionalism). Thank you.
