This gym is new to the area, but the trainers certainly are not. Owners Adam Harding and Anthony Demetriou deliver years of knowledge and experience to the area of group personal training. If you are looking to begin weight training, or enhance your current routine, these two guys can get you where you wish to be. The gym is small, but warm and inviting with everything needed to achieve your strength goals.
