I had storm damage which I claimed on my homeowners insurance. The insurance company gave me a hard time, but Star Roofing was there to help navigate the process.
Once my claim was settled, I worked with Star to acquire the shingle color of our choice.
My experience was very positive. Every question was answered quickly and thoroughly. My entire roof was stripped and replaced in about 10 hours.
My only criticism is the crew that did the work was a subcontractor and communication was difficult as there was a language barrier. I had a couple of small details that needed attention after completion, but Star has been very responsive and quick to correct.
Overall, I would highly recommend Star for your roofing needs.

Great company to work with. Timely service, project managers were very detailed. The pricing was very fair, they came in with a quote $1,500 less than the competition. Their crews were the hardest working around - from 7AM to 6:30 PM, cleaning our yard with headlamps on in the dark after they spent all day replacing the roof. Done in one day, fantastic job, roof looks excellent, and everything was perfect. Five stars, couldn't recommend them more - call Star Roofing!

Our experience with Star Roofing was impressive, from scheduling, professional staff, to the finished product. The crew members were punctual, professional, & kept us informed of all work details throughout the whole process. They took every precautionary measure to ensure debris was removed or kept minimal. The foreman followed up with any questions we had, cleared the finished job and swept the property of any left over debris the next day. We would recommend Star Roofing to anyone with future roofing needs or restorations.

Star Roofing was really amazing to work with. I needed to have my 24 yr old roof replaced. It's beautiful. They helped me figure out the costs,there were no surprises. I appreciated their honesty, they are upfront about what needed to be done. The work crew all professionals, well organized , coordinated and polite. They cleaned up the worksite ,it was impeccable. I highly recommend them. They even made follow up calls and made a trip out to inspect and make sure I was satisfied. I very much appreciate a company like this. I am happy to support a local home-based business like theirs. In telling friends about my experience I find they had used them too and were very pleased. You can't ask much more than that. Star Roofing did a wonderful job on my home after having a leak. They were not only prompt in an estimate but, also with the actual installation. I run a daycare and didn’t want to have to shut down and they were able to accommodate me with a Saturday date.
They were so quick and kept me informed all the way through the process. I will also say, that it was more than I could handle at one time and I was able to make payments to them. Fantastic company to work with and my roof looks amazing!!!
They also made sure there was not one mail or spec of anything left behind that my daycare could get hurt on.
