  Thanks to Albany Carpet Warehouse for doing a great install on the stair runner! They were very professional and courteous from start to finish. Wendy helped me find the perfect carpet for the job. They allowed me to take home some samples until I was 100% certain which one I was going to go with. I decided to have the edges serged and they did it in-house, and very well! The owner was very knowledgeable and shared photos with me of other similar jobs. They sent one of their installers, Al, along with the helper, to do the final install. He was friendly and a perfectionist. I couldn't be happier the way it turned out. Their prices are also very competitive and you will find that they've got an excellent selection compared to anybody else in the area. And just as a bonus, Chuck quickly finished off the edges to some of the leftover carpet, creating a complimentary area rug and runner for me to use elsewhere in the house, at no extra charge! I highly recommend you checked them out! They are located right next to Maxie's restaurant and bar on Wolf Road right by the light.

  Beyond pleased for the guidance and direction from Dennis and Valente at Albany Carpet Warehouse. Our 1700 sq ft of Ash hardwood transformed our entire home. The wood has a gorgeous natural feel the is timeless. We are so please and would highly recommend them to anyone!

  Had an excellent experience with Albany Carpet Warehouse. I told them I wanted a carpet runner for my steps, not only did they prepare the rug the same day, they also helped me save money by letting me borrow their tools and teaching me how to do the install myself! I am so happy with the way it came out and it was so affordable. Would definitely recommend going here!

  I honestly could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish. From my first phone call to Dennis the owner to the last nail that was put in by Jeremiah and his partner there was nothing but a true sense of pride and caring they put in to doing a fantastic job and wanting to please their customers. They were such an amazing place to work with and they took the time to individualize my job not try to sell me more expensive things I didn't need and made sure we were all happy with the results. I couldn't be more thrilled with my new finished basement space and stairs. This company comes with soo many years of experience and they have encountered all sorts of issues along the way. I was absolutely confident that what I thought was a disaster in my basement they would know how to address and they over exceeded my dreams. If you are looking to do any type of flooring work do not hesitate for a second call Dennis and his crew!! They are so nice professional and amazingly skilled I highly recommend!!

  David and his team at Albany Carpet Warehouse deserve ten stars! My project was a kitchen with old peel off flooring and a basement with green golf course turf-like carpet from 30 years ago for my townhouse. David showed me all options and demonstrated a real knowledge of products and kept my budget in mind. My space was measured the same day, and 5 days later, I have a transformed kitchen (vinyl wood-plank) and new carpeting for the basement, washer dryer area and stairs. I'm beyond impressed. Steve, the installer did amazing work and is a perfectionist. They have been around for over 35 years, and I'd challenge any big box store to come close to the cost and quality. Thank you David, Steve and all else at Albany Carpet Warehouse. They understand the customer completely, and have made another very satisfied customer!
