The customer service is amazing and they make sure they always have someone to help you quickly. Got five beautiful 5 ft arborvitae this weekend and was literally in and out in less than 20 min - the man helping me quickly got some help to put the trees on a pallet and they loaded them on my truck. I didn’t have to do anything - just pick out the ones I wanted. Highly recommend!
