Update: I originally posted this review 6 months ago, and it was responded to, so I don't know why it is appearing as new. However, I want to add to my review because we had a new water softener placed in your home. Everything I said in this review is true of my second working with them. All the same people, same great service!! I am not sure how to add a second review to go through more details, but I want to shout out to everyone we worked with on both projects.
My experience is with working from the Colonie office. Every aspect of the customer experience was spot on. Efficient, timely and very knowledgeable. From the first call from Shawna, to Matt doing the testing and explaining what was needed, to Mike who installed the UV and reverse osmosis system, I am extremely satisfied with the entire process. They answered all our questions, thoroughly explained everything. Each contact was quickly responded to, and they installed a week after initial consultation. Great customer service is hard to come by these days. I am extremely happy with the service provided. Major kudos to all.

We could not have been any more impressed with our experience with Hurricane Home Solutions. From the original call to inquire about the product, which was fast, friendly and efficient. To the home visit from the sales engineer, who was very thorough with all the details of the generator and installation including any comparisons with the competition. And especially the installation crew! A friendly call in advance of arrival was made by the extremely polite and positive team. The installation location was a bit challenging and I personally thought the sales engineer may have over committed, but the entire installation team was positive and seemed to even look forward to the challenge. Never did anyone even suggest that the generator installation was in jeopardy. After the installation a thorough walk through was provided by the amazing supervisor. The actual installation was some of the best quality I have ever seen. I retired from the service industry and could have only hoped my employees provided such top quality workmanship. I am more than pleased to recommend this product.

I am very pleased with my new generator. I have had it for about 9 months now and it has worked flawlessly. Also the customer service has been wonderful, very helpful with any questions I have had; and the service technician did a great job with the first maintenance. He also answered all of my questions, he completed the job quickly and explained the process, and thoroughly cleaned up when finished. Very happy customer.

Love our generator! Recently had a 36-hour power outage and this generator ran like a charm.

From start to finish everything was on time ,The Installers were very neat and Professional , very neat and clean . Most of all the cost was much less than Generic , Also ! number and no wait time gets you through to Hurricane Home Solutions . Very Satisfied Customer
