From the first phone call to set up the estimate to the final touches being done on our shower,
Bath Fitter was grade A! I always received a prompt response to any questions or concerns that I had from Randy (sales) and Jennifer (scheduler). The installer Matt was
so wonderful and a very hard worker. He was professional in every way. He arrived on time and put in the time to complete the job. He was very neat, cleaned up, and was respectful of our home. I wanted to thank Bath Fitter's for doing an excellent job on the shower replacement. The communication regarding scheduling with Jennifer was timely, and the Matt showed up on time and prepared. Salesman Bryan helped us choose the right style tub and shower surround, shelving and faucets, etc. after listening to what we envisioned for replacement of our 1980's fiberglas tub and three piece wall surround that had to go! Installer Matthew was on time, professional and friendly and has a sense of humor. He walked me through what he would be doing, went over all the paper work to make sure we got what we ordered and then put down protective coverings along the flooring from our front door to the main bathroom where the work would be done. He was very careful not to damage anything. All cutting of materials was done outside so less mess. He worked steadily for six hours, only taking a few minutes to enjoy some home made baking I gave him. He made sure to consult with me on placement of some of the new fixtures. When everything was in place, he showed me how to operate all the shiny new stuff. Looks gorgeous! Matthew did a thorough clean up and my husband and I enjoyed our new tub and shower today.
