The employees were friendly and helpful and the woman who did the piercings, Kim was absolutely amazing. She is kind, funny and kept the mood fun. She made my kids (and us) very comfortable and talked them through every step and the piercings were perfect! I am so glad we read the reviews and went with this Piercing Pagoda because this was a great experience that we will not forget. We will be recommending them to everyone!
