I was in and out within 10 minutes. Patient Portal is great. My lab results were announced on my email account.
I went in to get blood drawn on Saturday, about ten minutes before they closed. Woman named Nicole dressed in a purple hospital gown took care of me. Sweet, professional, kind and human. Great experience. St Peter's is lucky to have someone like her representing them. Thanks, Kate
I called and had a relatively bad customer service experience. When I arrived however the staff was very friendly and professional and fast. one of them said it was her first day there even though she's been working for St Peters for over a decade. This makes me think that their entire staff rotates and that's what causes the bad reviews. Hopefully they can get some consistent high quality staff in there instead of what they're doing now. The facility itself is easy to access. It's the first door on your left as you walk in. It's a small place. The bathroom is like two steps away from the blood draw room. But you have to basically walk through the waiting area to get there. Again it's very small. You can make an appointment online which guarantees they're ready for you which is nice. You can also do a walk in. I hope when you go you have a good experience and please provide feedback so they can improve! Good luck!
