  I have been shopping at Adams for 35yrs. Bought my Rolex’s there and had them serviced at Adams. Last month I had my DateJust serviced there it came out fantastic. Always a great experience.
  Today my son bought his watch there Jeff provided the first class service! Thank you Adams Jewelers for your expertise and service. Can’t wait for my next watch!

  While I was having a short trip to the Capital Region, I was able to stop by Frank Adams for a visit and express my interests in getting the highly sought after Rolex watches for this year anniversary. Everyone in the store were very welcoming.
  Billie Jo was a truly professional and care about their customers. She knew about the current watches market and intensive knowledge on the these high-end watch pieces. She also told me the little history about the store to make me feel trustworthy of their business. I felt that this family owned business is way better than those big chained boutiques in NYC. I'm looking forward to revisit again and be the repeat customer.

  I have had the pleasure of working with Jeff for a while now and he never disappoints. He is very knowledgeable and is always willing to go the extra mile. My brief interactions with the rest of the staff have been equally as pleasant. I highly recommend Frank Adams if you are looking for a beautiful piece of jewelry or a timepiece.

  Been doing business with Frank Adam Jewlry’s for a few years now and I must say at this point I feel like a part of the family already. The entire staff is just incredible, Jeff is my guy, he is extremely knowledgeable. I usually don’t mind taking the long drive from Ct to them. Totally worth it. They always deliver the best. See you soon guys. You’re favorite Ct shopper.

  Before I set out to buy a ring I did my best to find a place I felt would be worth stepping into. Frank Adams stood above the competition in reviews, their lengthy history and the feeling that because this place wasn't a chain of any kind my bride to be would have a unique piece. I am glad I did some homework because my buying experience here was everything I hoped for.
  
  I have a blue collar job and to be sitting in front of these folk in dirty pants and hoodie worried me I wouldn't be given the proper attention. This however was quickly dissipated after a few minutes with Marcel. He was knowledgeable and patience with me as he explained what dimensions a stone is evaluated on and never made attempts to nudge or move my budget. I must have sat with him on 3 separate occasions before making my purchase and the entire staff was pleasant and accommodating.
  
  After a successful proposal I was excited to bring my fiancé in to take part in wedding band selections where of course we continued to experience exceptional service. My gal must have looked at every band in the place.
  
  Lastly, they insisted polishing the rings before the wedding which after everything else was the icing on the cake.
  
  I would highly recommend Frank Adams to anyone in the market and do not hesitate to ask for Marcel. To my knowledge he doesn't work Thursdays.
  
  Thanks again Marcel and to the whole Frank Adams team. I know where I'll be going for all subsequent purchases of this nature.
