Charmaine and her staff have been caring for my mother for several years and that has been a blessing. Charmaine is caring, thoughtful and efficient -- always the professional. She is extremely responsive to calls and texts, always keeping family members informed and involved. Special thanks to Maureen who has been with my mom for many years and is wonderful.
Charmaine and her compassionate, experienced team spent 24 hours a day with my mother for the last several months of her life. My mother and I took great comfort in Charmaine's presence and strength in the face of what would otherwise have been insurmountable difficulties. Charmaine treated my mother with affection and respect at all times. She arranged doctors' appointments, accompanied her when needed and spoke to me often about her care. Her judgement, commitment and warmth are extraordinary.
Charmaine and her staff were wonderful to my Mom during the final years of her life. Charmaine was always there and made sure my Mom was comfortable and never frightened. She died peacefully at 98 in her bed early morning with one of Charmaine's caring thoughtful aides at her side.
I cannot say enough about Charmaine and her skilled team. The care they provided to my mom until the very end was professional while also loving and compassionate. I felt confident knowing they were taking care of her needs always with extra care and kindness. I could always count on Charmaine to communicate with me and handle any situation that arose in the care of my mother, from speaking to her Doctors, facilitating appointments and informing me of any necessary information. I feel we had a gift having Charmaine and her staff caring for my mom and i will always take comfort in that.
Charmaine and her staff are very capable, caring, and dedicated. I can’t overstate how comforting it has been knowing our elder is in such excellent hands. Charmaine always answers calls and texts promptly and in a highly professional manner. My family and I are beyond grateful for the outstanding care provided by Charmaine and her staff.
