    Thank you for doing such an amazing job on the cremation of our late lola. We picked her ashes up today and we were not expecting everything we were given. We feel much better as she is home with us now.

    Thank you for taking care of my Ollie. I especially appreciate the placing of the plastic bag, which contains his ashes, into the soft velour bag before it was put into the carved box. The box fits perfectly into the small memorial chest I had made. I feel so much better knowing he is back home with me, resting with his favorite things. Again, thank you so much!

    I went to the Binghamton location for a private witnessed cremation after my elderly dog passed suddenly. They were extremely kind, patient, and considerate as I mourned the loss of my dog. It really helped me to have this opportunity to say goodbye.
