  The instructions on their website for germinating seeds are quite thorough yet straightforward (so in the best way possible), and they offer seeds for many rare, niche, and/or difficult to find plants. I ordered seeds from them early last Thursday morning and they were shipped later that day, which is very quick. They arrived early afternoon on Monday, Pacific Coast time.
  
  One batch of seeds I got from them had some issues, but not to worry; after calling them up in the morning and explaining the situation, they told me to email them, send some photos, and a summary of what happened. I did, and within only TWO hours, they refunded me the money for that batch.
  
  All in all, they provided great service and prompt communication. Based on my experiences, I would definitely recommend them next time!

  I recently purchased some tree seeds from Sheffield's utilizing the online website they have. I got all the way to the final click at checkout and an error message came up. I shot a quick email to the contact us on the site and in less than an hour they reached out to me with confirmation of my order and even an estimated ship date. Outstanding customer support, I will be a return customer for sure.

  Lots of neat exotic seeds here! All these plants were grown from seed from Sheffields. I have monkey puzzle, Delonix regia, Jacaranda mimosifolia, Dracaena Draco, and Sapium sebiferum

  It is a sincere supplier.Perfectly delivered to Japan through packaging.We had all the necessary documents.The freshness of the seeds was also good.An explanation card of the germination method was also included.

  My experience with Sheffield's Seed Company was excellent, far surpassing my expectations. I had ordered seeds from other companies prior to finding Sheffield's. My experiences with the other companies was very disappoint, leading me to search for a different company. With Sheffield's, the order was delivered quickly and carefully. The seeds I received were very viable. As my Sheffield's order quantity was based on what I had unfortunately experienced with other seed companies, I now actually have a wealth of healthy plants. Further, Sheffield's has the unusual plants I enjoy growing, a real plus as I only need to place a single order. Overall, an excellent company with whom I will do repeat business.
