  I started red light therapy recently and I'm already feeling the benefits! The aches and pains in my lower back are not as intense and my over all wellness has improved. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend!

  I’m so thankful for Forestville Chiropractic (Dr. Jess, Sarah and Amanda) for their encouragement! I’m also grateful for the Red Light bed! I have better sleep, my muscles are more relaxed during sleep…I’ve also experienced more energy!

  I tried the red light wellness session and really enjoyed how relaxing it is. I couldn't believe the difference in just one session. Recommended!!!

  I absolutely love going here. I like to go weekly for maintenance but especially when I have a particular issue. I had an inner ear infection recently and Dr Mierzwa adjusted my ear. By the time I left I could feel pain relieving and by the next day the pain was completely gone. I’m a believer in chiropractic care for the entire body now and forevermore after that! I was mind blown and truly didn’t think adjusting my ear would do anything and I was pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend. She’s very gentle too!!
