  All staff was polite, respectful and took time to listen to my questions. Sales Professional Allen Matter is very knowledgeable about the car's features and patiently explains all very well.
  
  I do think Chevy should provide a level 2 charging cable with this new car, not just a 110 hook up. Customer could purchase their own specific 220 adapter as needed. Just my opinion.

  Went to look at a truck full expecting to not be able to make a deal happen. I was pleasantly surprised when we worked something out. The whole process was very quick and painless. The used car sales guys were great and polite. Only reason for not 5 stars is the vehicle I purchased wasn’t ready to be taken that day as the title had not been received before the truck was sold so I had to wait the weekend. Good experience, I can see myself working with Basil in the future.

  I had a great experience here in July of 2022. Drove 2 hours to check out a used car, ended up falling in love and purchasing same day, unprepared. George, Jake, and Travis were remarkably straightforward, knowledgeable, kind, fun to be around, and even though it became an almost whole-day adventure, they were ever patient and helped me feel confident buying my first car on my own. Thank you for making it so easy!

  I bought my car from Fredonia Basil dealership December 2020, a few months after my daughter and son-in-law bought her car and his truck from them. They have Always treated me respectfully. Always HONEST,always helpful, they answer my questions, take any of my concerns seriously, and are never condescending. This means a great deal to me . I will always return. I have found a wonderful dealership and service center! Yesterday, I locked my keys in the car. They were there and had me on my way in less than 15 minutes from the time I called them. Great job, Basil's, keep up your amazing customer service!!!!

  You guys replaced my radio that wasn't get updates and freezing. Now it works perfect. No problems at all. I only wish you would have had a radio in stock before pushing updates through the radio. I had to do without a radio for two weeks. But now everything is working great. Thank you.
