I’ve been training with Anibal for a month and have made more progress in this short period of time than I would have on my own. His training style is quite versatile, from addressing injuries to helping my overall health. Excited to see where this takes me in the future.

Anibal...who I call Mr. Sunshine is a terrific trainer. I'm 66, not overweight but many years of sitting at a desk has negatively impacted my back,neck and posture. My strength, balance, energy and endurance were only diminishing. For decades I thought about the gym but found all of the equipment intimidating 😳. And I did not have the time!!
Well on 5/4/22 I "got out of the parking lot " and started working with Anibal! And my body and spirits have dramatically improved. Anibal is always positive, sunny and just a terrific trainer! I encourage you to "get out of the parking lot" and start working with Anibal...it will be life changing!!

I very much appreciate Anibal’s vision and support for me becoming in better shape than I ever thought possible, and for his creativity navigating my own work-related injuries while still moving forward.

I've been training with Anibal for almost 7 years now, and each year has been better than the last. He consistently introduces new, sport-specific exercises, and his passion and energy in the gym are unmatched. He has made me a much better baseball player and overall athlete, and without him, I don't know that I'd be playing at the college level today. He's the man!!

In a month and a half I went from never deadlifting to being able to deadlift 285 pounds for 3 reps. Working out with Anibal has greatly prepared me for my college baseball season.
