He also welcomed my phone call to confirm a very early morning pickup, about 15mins prior to the scheduled time. This is the kind of service and peace of mind you want—especially when you need to catch a train! Rico understood the importance of this when we first spoke, which was also very comforting. Professional greatness all around!
