The staff is professional and courteous. I am of the opinion that Dr. Thornton is among the best out there. The majority of my family puts great faith in the this practice and all it's members. They never let us down. Even the referrals are to outstanding practices. Yes, the patient portal had it's issues at first, but it seems to be a good tool now. I do not like change, but the patient portal helped me on a few occasions. It is the commitment to excellence that earns my score.
I'm rating Dr Passidomo ONLY! She's very competent, caring, thorough, and knowledgeable. Dr Grill, on the other hand; pompous, egomaniacal, horrible bedside manner. Do not make your appointment with him. He's the reason that I no longer go there.
