Dr. Zinno was very thorough in his discussion on my upcoming surgery. He answered every question I had with the upmost clarity and eased my many concerns.

Very nice Doctor. Welcoming and informative. Interested in what you had to say and provided solid recovery information. Extremely large facility at Excelsior. Well staffed yet still had a good 45 minute wait time while being shuffled through various waiting rooms and areas. Check in at front. Go to waiting room. Called to another waiting room. Called up to check in and pay then moved to another waiting room. Wait there, call into exam room, and waited again. Kind of hectic when you have a bum knee but it was comfortable and friendly in the areas so overall not too bad. The doctor was efficient, informative and I’m doing great 2 days later. Overall worth it but be prepared for the assembly line moving while not feeling too great. :).

Great Doctor made we feel very comfortable and confident in his recommendation and treatment.
Explained everything in advance , great bedside manner and his recommendation helped my knee issue 100%. I highly recommend him to anyone with ortho issues !

I have seen Dr. Zinno for my knee and now my shoulder for a torn rotator cuff and so far it’s healing well and on schedule. I can’t recommend Dr. Zinno enough. He is approachable, friendly and informative without being condescending. Dr. Zinno doesn’t pressure you into any one treatment and gives the pro’s and con’s of each. Thanks Dr. Zinno!

This is Nick's wife writing this review. I was referred to Excelsior years ago and the person that answered my call said they were going to put me with Dr. Zinno who was a wonderful young doctor that took good care of his patience. He went above and beyond for me. Through the years of shots in both my knees it finally came down to replacement of both of them. He gave me the choice. He let's you make your health decisions he just suggests what can be done. He replaced both knees. Left one first then six months later the right. It was the best decision I ever made about my knee pain! I told him if he ever starts to replace feet to let me know..lol! I give Dr. Zinno a 5 stars++ and a big THANK YOU!
