Love coming here, they do their best to get you in and out. Janelle B. took care of me today and was very friendly, precise and got me out in under 5 minutes. But every staff member I've ever had contact with has been super friendly, helpful and just all around great customer service skills. The products are great quality and the deals are awesome. Their website ordering does need some tweaking but I've learned that even though I'm not notified or updated on my order through the website or text, they always have my order ready in the time i arranged to pick up.

Love this place! The employees are the ABSOLUTE best!!! Had Janelle today, and I just love her. I have never had a bad experience here. EVER. I've been coming for over a year now and it has always been an extremely pleasant experience. They're informative and know their sh*t! I will never use any other place ❤️

My latest visits were not as enjoyable. I went to purchase some of the(‘deals’)
I saw on the website or received emails for. When I get home, I see I bought smalls or popcorn that was not the advertised item. I would never intentionally purchase popcorn or Smalls (just me), but it was everything short of bait and switch. Really no complaints with staff or product quality, just communication as to what you are buying.

I always have the BEST experience with the staff. Every guest is greeted by a smile and treated with great care each time they come in. Today I was helped by Alexis. I didn’t have a preorder like usual, but regardless she was still so helpful, knowledgeable and to top it off I was in and out with no hassle. If you haven’t been in yet I HIGHLY recommend. Thank you Verilife for everything!
