(June 22, 2023, 11:48 am)Manager seems warm and welcoming. She was super considerate about our few requests at the move in. But can the management please paint the walls with good quality paint? Anytime you have to wipe down the walls..the paint comes off. Otherwise, we love our neighbors, maintaince crew is super nice too.

(March 4, 2023, 6:06 pm)I live in hollys vineyard and love the apartment. Easy to sign-up, everything is handled online, maintenance is responsive if needed and super nice. The bedrooms are big and a bathroom per room / nice and private. Washer and dryer in the basement which is super clean with tons of storage space. The mixed reviews of some of their deposit taken sounds bitter and like they didn’t read their lease. If you make a mess or break something you have to pay for it, that is standard in all apartments complexes and I’ve lived in a few. This is by far the best staff to communicate with.

(February 25, 2021, 9:26 pm)I loved my time living here! The property was always cleaned and in top shape. I also enjoyed the huge rooms in my unit. The property manager Tanzania was super helpful during my stay there and accommodated everything I’ve ever needed. Unfortunately I have to move due to opportunities with school, but I absolutely enjoyed my time with Wyse. Overall, I’d definitely recommend anyone to live here!
