Darcy is the best nurse. The doctors are all very nice. The only thing they need to change is whatever policy they have to follow that dictates that a child has to be given an injection with a needle longer than their arm!!!! This is a new policy because in past years, the needle wasn’t so long that it looks like it will piece their humerus!!! Other than that, they are great.
The entire staff is friendly and helpful! Was my doctor from 5-21 years old and now they're not only my two children's doctor, but also my two step kids! We all love this doctor! Makes sure you understand thoroughly and answers all questions. Ensures your children's comfort and well-being!
All of the doctors here are great, Rachel Kaufman is my favorite though! Very accommodating and caring. Always thoroughly explains and makes sure all of your questions are answered. Also kind and gentle, especially with babies, and even brings light to the situation with a little bit of appropriate humor!
