Within 24 hours a representative called me and told me to bring my vacuum back in and he would take care of it. I really appreciate that he got back to me and was actually willing to take care of my complaint. I’ve always been very happy with the service I’ve received here so I highly recommend them because of their good work and customer service

(October 3, 2018, 3:43 pm)Just moved to the area a few weeks ago. Found this place and brought my old busted dyson and traded it in after learning what it wasn't doing to my carpets. Plus the vacuums they sell are US made!! Great service and knowledge there.
