The owner is very humble and friendly and the location is good with adequate parking. This is a top notch BOB and you will likely see many people from the neighborhood eating and having great conversation while you are there. This is a place you must visit if in the area or passing through to get to Niagara falls as we did. Breakfast here is the BOMB💣
