Hands down, the best acupuncture treatment I've ever gotten! Tamara is very kind and compassionate and attends to all your needs. Her attention to detail is phenomenal. The atmosphere in both the waiting and treatment room is very comforting and inviting. From beautiful fragrance of therapeutic essential oils, to infrared light and sound baths, this was a mesmerizing experience! I am very happy about my visit and will definitely be back when the need arises. Highly recommend!

I am someone who likes to understand what is going on (especially with my own body!) and Tamara does a great job of explaining everything so I can understand what is happening. I felt a difference after my first session, and I will absolutely sing her praises. She has this lovely comforting and welcoming presence. I was comfortable with her from the second she opened the door. I just had a gut feeling to book with her and I am so glad I did. I cannot say enough about Tamara and the way she runs her practice. Timely, kind, respectful, full of insight and knowledge. To see such noticeable results so quickly is incredible and she has exceeded any expectations I have had. Tamara is a gifted and compassionate healer that I feel blessed to have found. This is my first experience with acupuncture and I appreciate the way Tamara talks as she works, asking questions and explaining what she is doing while also carrying on a more mundane flow of conversation. She has a great respect for the human body and her clients comfort while in her care and it really shows.
Her office is warm, cozy, and filled with light with many delightful bits and bobs and she plays gentle peaceful music throughout your visit. While I am never quite ready for my appointment to end it is a treat to end it with a lovey cup of tea to go. It’s also rather fun to send a selfie before my appointments!
