(January 29, 2020, 6:14 pm)The most mundane and oftentimes skipped exercises and stretches for me, like planks, come alive under Joe and Brandon’s tutelage. Not only do they teach the proper form, but you learn all of the reasons why the exercise is right for you and the benefits you will reap from your hard work due to the enormous breadth of knowledge possessed by the trainers at TrainSMART. Now these so-called “boring” exercises become my favorite activities in the gym as I know they will, without a doubt, help me achieve the fitness goals that I have set for myself.

As a former athlete this has lead to lower back pain and stiffness along with a limited range of motion.
