(March 10, 2020, 10:01 pm)We had an excellent stay. To top things off, the customer service from Michelle and house keeping helped our family find an item we had left behind. Our daughter left her teddy bear that she had since birth. House keeping could have easily tossed it. When we had called the next day the staff went above and beyond to help us create a plan to get it back. We are so grateful for the professionalism and kindness of the staff.

(September 18, 2019, 5:09 pm)Clean, beautiful.suites that are reasonably priced. The people at the desk are gracious and helpful and the rooms are spacious and lovely. Situated very close to the Buffalo airport and easily accessible.
