  Our son has been going to this location on Genesee for years. We have never experienced anything bad. Don and his staff have also been very flexible with accommodating our needs. Don has always been caring and empathetic. Brittany his secretary has always communicated very professionally. I only have great things to say about this place. We are grateful to have such kind and caring people that take care of our son's needs as he has been wearing SMO's since he was a toddler. He is now 14 and still sees Don all this time. Would never think about going anywhere else. Thank you Don and staff for always going above and beyond.

  My daughter was born with low muscle tone in her ankles, causing her to wear SMOs. We were sent to Cory by our wonderful PT. He took over an hour to talk to us about what low muscle tone ACTUALLY IS (no one had ever done that in all the time before!), he explained to us specifically what the SMOs will do and he even eased our mind about the future. I truly couldn’t recommend him enough…however, the girl who answers your phones could use an attitude adjustment. Very rude, condescending and very unhelpful.. I dreaded calling knowing she would answer.

  The customer service is awesome, when the when there was a mistake made with the order they expedited it and had it there ASAP and they seem much more organized in the last people we dealt with. We've been doing this for over 3 years now so it's good to find a person you can work with who's honest and reliable.

  I have been with Nelson for years and would highly recommend to anyone!! I have been working with Don and I must admit that he has gone above and beyond to ensure I have the correct fitting socket and knee/foot... I have been thru the wringer with the VA and other facilities and I am so happy to have selected Nelson...
