Everyone I have ever dealt with has been friendly and professional. Their efficiency is both outstanding and impressive.

Walked into the store to check it out, because I was just driving by and had noticed that the building was newly renovated. When walking into the store I was amazed of how it felt like a store off Elmwood and very homey. Even though you maybe going there for medical supplies you don't feel as if you are in a stuffy pharmacy or medical store. Also I had noticed that they had more then just medical supplies and looked like they were supporting a lot of local business with candles and vintage looking jewelry. Also too the customer service was extremely helpful. Next time I need a knee brace for running I will definitely be going back and bring my wife back for a soy candle!

Everyone has always been very polite and helpful. We have had many products from this store and never have been disappointed. They are very punctual and professional. The equipment is always reliable and they take the time to explain the correct use of the merchandise. My experience with this company started in 2012 and I will continue to receive any medical equipment from them when and if it is needed. Very Satisfied.
